DVP Korce/ The anti-drug operation code named “Again,” which was finalized two days ago, continues.Another individual, involved in the attempted trafficking towards Greece, of 51 kg of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa, has been apprehended.This brings the total number of detainees to 4, within the framework of this operation.Continuing the work to fully document with legal evidence and hold criminally responsible the individuals involved in the criminal activity of drug trafficking, within the framework of the “Again” operation conducted on 08.03.2024, by the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Korce, the following individual was detained:Endri Pani, 43 years old, residing in Korce.From the intensive investigative actions carried out to clarify this incident, it was found that this individual was a collaborator with citizen J.S., who was apprehended at the Kapshtica Border Crossing Point, attempting to traffic, with his vehicle, 51 kg of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa towards Greece.The police continue to work on holding other individuals involved in this criminal activity accountable.The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korce, for further actions.
