L., 34 years old, residing in Korc, was captured and detained, as the Prosecutor’s Office near the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korc ordered her detention for the criminal offense of “Fraud”.From the conducted investigations, it appears that the 34-year-old went to the businesses of citizens F. M., I. F., and M. D., in the city of Korc and in the village of Pirg, Maliq, and is suspected of having obtained from them, through deception, a total of 160,000 new lek.The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office near the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korc, for further actions.
