The subject of this decision legally certifies your dismissal as the former chairman of the Democratic Party and recognizes the new governing and representative bodies of the Democratic Party.Considering that the legal effects of decision no. 723 dated 11.06.2024 take effect immediately, from the date of its issuance, regardless of the availability of the reasoned decision, we request that you take all necessary measures to cease any actions that you or your authorized representatives might undertake regarding the assets of the Democratic Party of Albania as of 11.06.2024. These assets include, but are not limited to, premises rented by the Democratic Party, bank accounts of the Democratic Party, the official internet domain of the Democratic Party, and the official pages of the Democratic Party on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.We also request that you refrain from using the identifying symbols of the Democratic Party, which were revoked by the decisions of the Assembly of December 11, 2021, and that in your public communications, you do not present yourself to the public as the Democratic Party of Albania since you no longer have any representative authority.We inform you that the administration of any asset of the Democratic Party from June 11, 2024, onwards is under continuous monitoring by us, and any action concerning these assets that conflicts with the interests of the Democratic Party will result in a criminal complaint to the competent authorities, including SPAK, the Tirana District Prosecutor’s Office, and potentially, we will seek compensation through legal proceedings from the personal assets of the responsible individuals who, through actions or inactions, harm the interests of the Democratic Party of Albania,” according to Noka’s letter.
